Safety First

All participants receive a pre-trip briefing covering gear, hydration, weather considerations, and trail conditions. Our guides maintain first aid kits and emergency communication devices on every trip.

Refund Policy

100% refund up to 7 days before the trip
50% refund up to 48 hours before departure
No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows

Weather Policy

Trips may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe conditions such as thunderstorms, heavy winds, or extreme heat. Participants will be notified by email or text.
